Good morning,
I had a deep 8 hours sleep..
Feels so good especially after 3 hours of sleep on Sunday night.
Lately I stated to do my new morning routine
Literally you can do it in 1 min so I’d share with you.
Wake up in a bed.. you might be still half sleep or not..
As soon as you can thin something, say
“It’s gonna be an amazing day”
That’s it!!!
I often say few times while I’m in a bathroom or while I’m getting dress
“I spend my day with lots smiles”
Attitude of gratitude.
I appreciate great start of my day.
I’m gonna make my coffee, chao!
