First of all, I am sending all my love to everyone who is reading this blog.
I know it is hard time for all of us. Please stay safe in this difficult time.
So I have struggle with my eating habit.
I’m generally small but eat heaps!! My partner always told me that I am doing emotional eating or whatever.
I know what are the health foods and I know what is the right portion. (Well not for those models who are so thin and gorgeous!)
BUT I can’t stop eating and don’t know when to stop.
I.. roughly eat 2500 kcal (10460 kJ) a day. Or I guess more!
Ideally I would love to eat one meal and have 4hrs window to give my stomach rest and have an another meal.
So I am trying to work on that.
Perhaps my life isn’t busy enough and staying home even thought we are not in lockdown?
But yeah I really need to work on that and I would love to share my story and days..

Alright, so today, I did my 12 min yoga and HIIT workout which total 35min
And I went for a run.. This in miracle! Cause I gave up running like ten years ago.
Just did 2.5K but felt good.
I ate way too much lunch and late arvo snack so I skipped my dinner.
Yes… I had two glass of wine..
I am excited to have tomorrow.
Let’s see if I go for run again haha
